ISKRAEMECO Wins Prestigious Awards for EloT Platform and IE.X Smart Meters

ISKRAEMECO was awarded two widely recognized awards for its eIoT modular platform and IE.X smart energy meters, which acknowledge their contributions to data-driven energy management, sustainability, and smart metering improvements. The Gorenjska Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry honored the company with the Golden Regional Award, while the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) granted it the Silver National Award. 

 

The awards were presented in a highly competitive environment, with 230 regional innovations submitted across Slovenia, 47 of which advanced to the national stage. A national committee of 21 experts judged the finalists on technological innovation, industrial impact, sustainability, and market relevance. The eIoT platform and IE.X smart meters were acknowledged for overcoming typical smart metering limits by increasing data processing, grid monitoring, and sophisticated energy management features. 

 

The eIoT platform, which serves as a core technology for the future of energy infrastructure, offers applications such as power quality analysis, public lighting control, eMobility charging infrastructure monitoring, and DER integration. Its modular architecture offers improved efficiency, more security, and a lower environmental effect by reducing energy consumption and boosting recyclability. These elements are consistent with the sustainability goals outlined in this year's innovation contest subject, "We have chosen sustainability." 

 

The awards were presented during Innovation Day 2024, an influential industry event that brought together executives, inventors, and researchers to discuss the future of smart energy solutions. ISKRAEMECO officials attended the EEN networking event, establishing prospective research and development relationships with universities like the Jožef Stefan Institute. These achievements confirm ISKRAEMECO's dedication to promoting energy efficiency, pushing smart city ideas, and providing long-term solutions.
